Appointments & Packages
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly appointments are available.
All counselling appointments are to be paid for at the end of the session. Credit or direct debit cards are accepted, as well as direct bank transfers along with the receipt of the transfer. Fee’s are set out on the booking page. Conscious Collective Therapies offers a sliding scale for those receiving government payments, please contact us to discuss your eligibility.
Discounts are available for 5 appointment package, or 10 appointment package.

No. As a private Counsellor we do not offer Medicare rebates, which is reflected in our lower fee structure. Private counselling offers a broad range of evidence-based therapies ensuring a person-centered approach to healing and change within a supportive therapeutic relationship.
If you look at it in retrospect, if you are not requiring clinical psychology, a Counsellor is a great first step they are a professional who works with individuals goals, life struggles and challenges. Usually Counsellor’s have less wait times, while also keeping fee’s lower, even matching what would be paid with the gap fee for some psychologists.

All clients have a right to confidentiality. Confidential information is all communication, discussions, notes, appointments, and client file notes. Conscious Collective Therapies including it’s director or employees, cannot share or disclose confidential information without your written consent.
There are two exceptions to this which counsellors are professionally bound by under Australian law and as outlined in the Australian Counselling Association code of ethics and practice, it includes if you or another person is at serious risk of imminent harm, and in very rare circumstances such as a subpoena requested by Australian law.

No. Consciopus Collective Therapies is a private counselling practice and does not require referrals or mental health plans issued by a GP. However, Conscious Collective Therapies is happy to accept referrals and mental health plans working in collaboration with healthcare providers.

Face to face appointments are held at 8/29 Wallace street Macksville NSW. Within Tennil’s massage building. Please enter reception and take a seat while we prepare for your session.
Free street side parking is available.

Yes, Conscious Collective Therapies offers Telehealth or online counselling sessions, as well as walk and talk, which is based in nature settings as a less clinical approach. Walk and talk therapy is available after a therapeutic relationship is formed.
